                                                          AUDITING COMITEE
   
               Responsibilities of auditing comitee shall be,
              

1.      The Auditing committee shall be responsible to examine the reports of Treasure, bankbooks, vouchers and records.

2.      Shall review see all money received are accounted for and that all disbursements are authorized

3.      The audit shall be made at least twice a year or whenever so ordered by the president or the executive board.

4.      This committee shall advice the treasurer on financial matters and assist budget planning for future goals and proposed biannual budget(s).

5.      Chairperson of the committee shall present the report to the executive board and if needed to the annual general meeting.

                       COMMUNITY BASED HEALTH SERVICES COMMITEE

 

1.      Enhance and broaden the knowledge of member students by providing them with opportunities to practice and so supplement what they have been taught in class.

2.      Address the issue concerning the vulnerable groups.

3.      Establish links with other CBO’S and NGO’S aimed at helping the vulnerable groups.

4.      Participate in voluntary community health services.

Establish a home-based care voluntary group.

                        

                   COMMITEE FOR AIDS AND REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH(CAREHE)

 

1.      To address the issue of HIV/AIDS prevention, in and out of our campus boundaries.

2.      To work in align with other institutions or NGO’S to minimize the burden  passed by the HIV/AIDS pandemics in the community.

3.      To develop mechanism to support the victims.

4.      To provide reproductive health education to the needy especially on adolescence, family planning, family life education and genital mutilation.

 

            COMMITEE FOR NURSING EDUCATION AND RESEARCH

 

1.      Encourage students and registered nurses to carry out scientific research’s.

2.      Act as an organ that will facilitate the dissemination of the scientific research findings.

3.      Prepare conferences or workshops that shall act as an educational media.

4.      Act as a supporting bridge, which shall enable students to obtain technical support on how to carry on scientific research by linking them to the experts.

5.      Improve nursing services by putting forward the application of evidence based practices.

6.      Encourage students to pursue higher level of education within the nursing proffesion.

7.      Buld link between local nursing education institutions with others in overseas.

 

              COMMITEE FOR SPORTS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS (CSSA)

 

1.      To coordinate all activities related to sports and games affairs within and beyond the association.

 

            COMMITEE FOR PROFFESIONAL MATTERS AND ELECTIVES(COPMAE)

 

1.      To strengthen the relationship of the undergraduate nursing students in and out of the country.

2.      To act as an organ which shall enable the undergraduate nursing students to express their concern on the professional issues.

3.      To act in cooperation with other nursing professional organization among member students.

4.      To inculcate the spirit of enrolling in national and international nursing organizations among members students.

5.      To organize elective studies for members snd host elective students visiting the college.

6.      To organize intercollegiate meeting in member college aimed at discussing sensitive matters involving nursing students and their future career.

7.      Buld link between local nursing education institutions with others in overseas.
